AGENTS
M&C is steered by best friends Jen Mostyn & Phil Cross, who have over 30 years worth of combined experience working with decision-makers across every corner of our industry.
JEN had a lengthy and enjoyable career in casting, before deciding that she wanted to work with actors on a more personal level. She cast award-winning projects for film, television and commercials, forging close relationships with fellow casting professionals in the CDG and CDA. Many people who assisted with Jen on castings now work in some of the most highly regarded casting teams in London.
PHIL is a theatre director (including West End credits) and maker of magic. His career has seen him produce TV & Radio commercials with advertising powerhouse, BBH, build accessible community theatre projects and we must mention his work as a young actor (don’t get him started about the time he was in Harry Potter). Phil is also Associate Director at Theatre Porto.
ASSISTANT
KERRIE ALLIBONE is a Metfilm School graduate, having studied Content, Media and Film Production. Kerrie has worked across many different roles on set; bringing stories to life on screen. In January 2024, Kerrie made the transition from film crew into talent management and hasn’t looked back. She enjoys applying both her creative mind and organisational skills to support and develop emerging talent.
Kerrie is very knowledgeable about the workings of our industry and we are very lucky to have her caring for our clients at M&C with such passion and drive.
